News24 चैनल पर साइबर क्राइम केंद्रित नया शो ‘जाल’ 13 अप्रैल से

बी ए जी फिल्म्स नेटवर्क, जल्द ही एक खास कार्यक्रम ‘जाल ‘ लांच करने जा रहा है, जो हिंदुस्तान में किसी भी न्यूज़ चैनल पर आने वाला पहला ऐसा शो है, जो साइबर क्राइम और साइबर सुरक्षा पर आधारित है.ये शो इंटरनेट पर होने वाले उन खौफनाक अपराधों की सच्ची घटनाओं पर आधारित है , जो देश के अलग अलग हिस्सों में लोगों के साथ हुए. ये शो अप्रैल 13, रात 9:55 मिनट पर, News24 चैनल पर लांच होगा, जहाँ इंटरनेट के खतरनाक पहलु से लोगों को रूबरू करवाया जायेगा, और साथ ही इंटरनेट पर सुरक्षित रहने के तरीके भी कहानियों के ज़रिये बताये जायेंगे.

एक रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 2017 में हर 10 मिनट पर 1 साइबर अपराध को अंजाम दिया गया था. इंटरनेट के खतरे और उल्लंघन को ध्यान में रखते हुए, बी ए जी फिल्म्स की मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर, अनुराधा प्रसाद जिन्होंने क्राइम जॉनर की कई सफल कार्यक्रम बनाये, ने कहा , ‘ रेड अलर्ट, सनसनी, पोल खोल जैसे सफल कार्यक्रमों के बाद, हमने कुछ नया और प्रासंगिक बनाने का तय किया जिसका सीधा रिश्ता आम लोगों से हो. साइबर क्राइम एक बढ़ती हुई समस्या है, जो इंटरनेट का एक अनछुआ और अनजाना पक्ष है. इसलिए मैंने एक इनवेस्टिगेटिव ड्रामा बनाने का निश्चय किया,’जाल’ के माध्यम से.’

इसके बाद शुरुआत हुई शोध और रिसर्च की एक विस्तृत प्रक्रिया जिसमे शो की लेखक-निर्देशक तनूजा शंकर के नेतृत्व में टीम ने साइबर एक्सपर्ट्स और साइबर सेल के अधिकारीयों से बातचीत करके सारे तथ्य इकट्ठे किये और शो बनाया गया. News24 चैनल के मैनेजिंग एडिटर, दीप उपाध्याय के अनुसार, शो का उद्देश्य है लोगों को, ‘ साइबर सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक , सावधान और सुरक्षित करना. इस शो के द्वारा जनता को साइबर कानून और बचाव के विषय में विश्वसनीय जानकारी मिलेगी.’

जाल ऐसा ही एक कार्यक्रम है, जिसके द्वारा लोगों को वर्चुअल दुनिया की जानकारी दी जाएगी.जाल में ये भी दर्शाया जायेगा, कि किस तरह नकाबपोश अपराधी, लोगों को बेवक़ूफ़ बनाते हैं, और साइबर पुलिस उनकी पहचान बिना जाने, इंटरनेट सर्विस प्रोवाइडर इत्यादि की सहायता से, उनके जुर्म का पर्दाफाश करती है. जिन अपराधों को शो में दिखाया गया है वो हैं हैकिंग, डाटा की चोरी, क्रेडिट कार्ड घपला, साइबर स्टाकिंग, साइबर बुलइंग, रिवेंज पोर्न, वैवाहिक साइट्स पर धोखाधड़ी, डार्क नेट पर नशीली दवाओं की हेरा फेरी इत्यादि. जाल 13 अप्रैल से, रात ठीक 9:55 मिनट पर प्रसारित होगा, News24 चैनल पर.

BAG Films Network, one of the leading media houses of the country, is all set to launch a ‘one of its kind’ cyber crime show ‘Jaal’ this weekend. This is the first ever TV show exclusively based on bone chilling real cyber crime cases. It would be launched on News24 Channel, on April 13, at 9:55 pm. The show explores the ill effects of Cyber Threats and Crime and gives significant information on how to protect oneself from the deep and dark world of internet crimes and fraud.


In India, at least one cyber attack was reported every 10 minutes in the first six months of 2017. Keeping in view the hazards of internet surfing and security breach, BAG Film’s Managing Director, Ms Anurradha Prasad who has pioneered shows like Ru-Ba-Ru, Sansani, Pol Khol in the past, felt the need to have niche content on cyber security. She opines,’ With popular pioneering crime shows like Sansani, Red Alert, Kaun Hai and Haqeekat under our umbrella, we decided to explore something more relevant and topical that is affecting the masses.

Cyber Crime is still unexplored in news and unexplained to the common Indian internet user. Therefore I decided to create an investigative drama, based on real, harrowing cases of cyber crime through the programme, ‘JAAL.’
Thereafter started a thorough research by the team headed by show’s Director-Writer, Tanuja Shankar, who consulted cyber experts, lawyers and law enforcement officials and collected relevant data to base the stories on. The aim of the show, according to the Managing Editor of News24 Channel, Deep Upadhyay is, “To make people aware, alert, enriched and cyber safe. The show will give authentic information regarding cyber security & protection.”

The show JAAL, is one such attempt to address issues related with virtual and cyber crimes. The most difficult task tackled in the show JAAL is for the cyber police cell to track the perpetrators of virtual crime due to criminals’ identity being hidden or morphed. Issues like the support and help from ISP ( Internet Service Provider) or Intermediaries and the cyber experts have been shown through real stories.

The issues that are going to be shown through the series are Hacking, Online Fraud, Credit Card Fraud, Drug Dealing through Dark Net, Trolling, Stalking of young children, Online Dating Frauds, Matrimonial Site Cheating, Suicide Games of children, Revenge Porn, Data Theft etc.

JAAL will be telecast from Fri, April 13, 2018, at 9:55 pm, on News24 Channel, with repeat telecast on every Sunday @7:55 pm, and Thursday @10:55 pm.
