Fraud of Airwil Group Builder in Greater Noida

: Urgent and sensitive issue in Noida extension needs your attention – Please HELP : Dear Sir, We are group of investors who have invested in Noida extension projects . Recently issue of Patwari land was in news and a lot has been said and written about it. Almost every media house has covered it extensively , somehow all of them were quite of few builders who would also had been named along with Supertech and Amrapali.

We would like to bring to your notice the builder who had never never been mentioned in the issue and have some how managed to skip from media’s eye. Yes, we are talking about two builders who have always been mentioned as IT company with 25 acres each. They are Plot no 7 sector 4 ( Techzone 4 ) Al softweb and Plot no 10 Sector 4 ( techzone 4 ) AIRWIL.

Where Al softweb has not done any construction on its plot , Airwil has launched a project by the name of intellicity on this plot and is selling it very aggressively. This builder has been in news as the plot on which project is coming has many issues.

1. The plot is of 25 acres as allotted by Greater noida authority.

2. As per policy, builder has to take possession of plot for constructing the project.

3. Plot is not in possession of the said builder completely and builder only has possession of 14 acres out of 25 acres allotted, rest 11 acres is in possession of Farmers till date.

4. As per farmers, this plot also has pond/wetland and pasture which lies in 11 acres patch at middle of the plot.

5. As per farmer leader Tikam singh, the patch in possession of farmers on this plot has never been acquired by authority and thus they are still doing farming on it.

6. There are trees on sides of farming and even tubewell set up for farming which lies in middle of plot.

7. Builder has started construction in just small part of plot.

Airwil is denying the facts and is cheating the customers by selling them project on disputed land. Airwil plot is already listed in patwari issue and in addition it has other issues on plot itself.

Further, Airwil is known to cheat customers in all possible ways. Check the approval documents uploaded by company on website www.airwil.in and get them verified from authority. There will be discrepancy in the documents . Adding to it , Airwil had earlier launched a project named Airwil Cube at sector 121 noida in January 2012 which was later scrapped in July 2012 .

Now a new project is announced, where again there is  discrepancy in documents. The project Airwil Aurum is said to be project with 5 acres area, whereas the same is five plots of 1 acre each. To convince clients forged papers of plot are being shown, although as per authority rules amalgamation of plots is not allowed.

Sir/Mam, it is very strange that the media is silent of such sensitive issue of Pond/wetlands & pastures being destroyed and being handed over to builders by authority.

We as investors would request media houses to look into the matter and investigate the builder and issues raised above so that common man is saved from being cheated by such conman and fraud builder.

    Hi

    Airwil is company full of idiots whether he talk about chairman, Managing Director , Worker MD or Director.

    No body has mind they just now how to make fool other to collect the money.

    1. Green Avenue- Project started 2010 till so far no delivery

    2. Intellicity- Land possession is not clear.

    I don’t know why administrative authority are not taking any action.

    I have invested in airwil green avenue 2BHK 995sqf. I have bought this in October 2012. They were saying that delivery will be dec2015. Now delivery of the project is far away they stop construction on the site. I want to take legal action against them. If anybody want to support me plz contact me@[email protected]

    I have booked 1 bhk (+ 1 office free) and 1 studio appartment in Airwil Smart City at Techzone-I,Greater Noida.Paid two cheques of 2- 2 lacs against each booking.Due to some reasons i applied for cancellation and asked for refund.
    Despite many telephonic calls, written application, They pretended to proceed the case but after few months clearly MD of Airwil, sits at Sec -16 head office said, we will not return a single penny, do whatever you can…..i am forced to go for legal proceedings.Never invest in AIRWIL FRAUD BUILDER and Be TOGETHER toEXPOSE THEIR FRAUDS….

    The Airwill Business Park Pvt. Ltd., B-21-22, Sector 16, Noida, UP launched an Intellicity project in Noida Extension in the year 2013. I have purchased a Kiosk in Food Court of Temporal lobe of theIntellicity under annual payment plan. The Builder promised to handover the kiosk by the year 2017. I have already paid 75% amount and now the builder has asked for payment of next installment of 20%. So far I have invested a large portion of my retirement benefits in this project and I had been thinking to start a food business in this Kiosk by 2017. But all my expectations have become infructuous due to this attitude of builder.
    I have seen the construction site. A little construction had been started in the year 2014 to attract the investors and the construction was stopped thereafter. Not more than 1 percent construction has been done so far. Since there is no progress in the construction, it is unlikely that the project will be ready even after a period of 5 years. On the other hand, the builder has already amassed hundreds of crores rupees from benevolent investors.
    In order to befool the investors, the builder has uploaded construction updates on their website. If we see these photos carefully we can easily understand that the photos of the little construction done in 2014 have been taken from various angles and uploaded. There is no progress in construction for the last 2 years. The site is totally deserted for the last two years. In order to befool the investors, the builder has constructed a very big air-conditioned site office near the construction site last year and this office is also deserted.
    Now the builder has asked for payment of next installment of 20% and failing which he has threatened us of penalty of 24% interest. It seems that somehow the builder wants to amass the wealth and befool the investors. It is understood that the builder has encroached the “Shamlat” land meant for potters to dig the soil for making of potteries and the matter is sub-judice. The case is not likely to be decided in near future. The Greater Noida Authority is totally silent in the matter and has given no clarification of the matter raised through electronic and print media.
    To save the investors from the clutches of this unscrupulous builders, I urge upon you to take immediate necessary action and instruct the builder to stop further collection of installments till the matter is decided by the Court. In case the matter is decided against the Builder, the Builder may be instructed to refund all the money of the investors with 12% interest.
    Hoping for an urgent action in the matter.

    Sir I have invested all my retirement benefits in Airwil Intellicity project in Greater Noida West. The builder is unscrupulous and has not done any construction during last 4 years. We have paid about 70% to 90% of our unit cost. Greater Noida Authority is silent against this builder. All the investors in this project have no where to go for remedy. Will the concerned authorities look into it and take immediate remedial steps?
