लखनऊ : अधिकार सेना ने अडानी ग्रुप के संबंध में प्रकाशित हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च में लगाये गए गंभीर आरोपों की जाँच की मांग की है.
अधिकार सेना के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अमिताभ ठाकुर द्वारा हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च की एक प्रति संलग्न कर वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण सहित ईडी निदेशक, सीबीडीटी अध्यक्ष, सेबी अध्यक्ष तथा निदेशक, सीरियस फ्रॉड इन्वेस्टीगेशन ऑफिस को भेजी गयी शिकायत में इस रिसर्च में प्रस्तुत तथ्यों व दावों की जाँच कराते हुए समुचित कार्यवाही किये जाने की मांग की गयी है.
कथित रूप से 2 साल के अनुसन्धान के बाद प्रस्तुत हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च में यह दावा किया गया है कि अडानी ग्रुप दशकों से स्टॉक हेराफेरी तथा एकाउंटिंग फ्रॉड में संलिप्त रहा है. इस रिसर्च ने अडानी ग्रुप पर धन शोधन, टैक्स धनराशि की चोरी तथा भ्रष्टाचार जैसे कई गंभीर आरोप लगाये हैं. रिसर्च में अडानी ग्रुप पर मॉरिशस, यूएई तथा कैरिबियन द्वीप समूहों के टैक्स हैवन में शेल कंपनी बनाये जाने के भी आरोप हैं. इसमें अडानी ग्रुप से गंभीर अनियमितता विषयक 88 सवाल भी पूछे गए हैं.

FM approached for enquiry in Adani Hindenburg research
Adhikar Sena has sought enquiry in the allegations made by the Hindenburg research paper on Adani Group.
Attaching a copy of the Hindenburg research on Adani, Adhikar Sena National President Amitabh Thakur today wrote to Finance Minister Nirmala Sethuraman, along with ED Director, CBDT Chairman, SEBI Chairman and Director Serious Fraud Investigation Office, requesting them to take cognizance of these facts and to get them enquired by competent agencies to take appropriate action accordingly.
Allegedly presented after 2-year investigation, Hindenburg research has claimed that Adani Group has engaged in a brazen stock manipulation and accounting fraud scheme over the course of decades. It has made some extremely serious allegations against the Adani group including money laundering, theft of taxpayer funds and corruption. It has also alleged this group to create shell companies in Mauritius, the UAE, and Caribbean Islands. It has put 88 questions of alleged irregularities to Adani group.
