Shame! Shame! India News Punjab. India News Punjab a channel owned by ITV Network fired 5 of its employees without any notice or specific reason. some of the fired employees were at senior posts with the channel. Co-employees/ other Seniors are silent or perhaps they are saving their own Job. but soon there turn is coming too.
I still remember the day when I joined the channel after lifting a job of 30k per month just to complete my wish of working with a news channel. However, I resigned from this channel after working for nearly 20 Days. I pointed out that HR team of ITV Network is one of the most corrupted in Indian media specially Naresh Jaswal. I even sent an e-mail to the management about how bad their HR Team is, plus I mentioned that why they are hiring more people when they don’t have enough budget to run the channel. When I raised the voice at that time all others workers were silent…Yes! totally silent. but now things are changed the same channel against which I raised the voice fired 5 of its employees.
That happens only when UN-deserving Un-Talented people got high posts somewhere and things do not work well. Even after completing 1 year not even 0.1% of Punjabi people know what is this India news Punjab thing is. but Yes, India News Punjab is a place where most untalented people are working at high posts. they are now trying to handle Primetime shows but they aren’t even able to speak Punjabi properly.so the channel is getting down day by day so instead of firing them. the channel is targetting low position employees which are earning 10-20 k per month.
Shame on you India News Punjab untalented Senior Team, the channel is getting ruined because of you, employees are getting fired because of you
