Kejriwal Government to Supervise Majithia Wage Board Implementation for Journalists
New Delhi: Delhi government on Friday decided to appoint a special officer to supervise the implementation of Justice GR Majithia Wage Board recommendations concerning journalists and other employees of print news organizations. The decision was taken following a meeting of the delegation of Majithia Wage Board Implementation Sangharsh Samiti with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
The chief minister has directed the department of labour to submit a report to him on the status of implementation of the report, which would benefit thousands of employees working in different news organisations. The chief minister has also directed the department of labour to immediately set-up a monitoring committee for regular supervision of the wage board implementation. The chief minister has assured the delegation that he will consider their demand of Delhi government’s intervention in the ongoing case on the issue in Supreme Court. Mr Kejriwal said his government is committed for the effective implementation of labour laws in the national capital and will adopt a policy of zero tolerance against organizations which are harming the interests of employees. He directed the concerned department to probe the allegations that some organisations had forced their employees to sign on documents against them and coerced them to accept lesser salaries.

भास्कर के एडवोकेट कोर्ट से गायब 18.4.15
,भास्कर मेनेजमेन्ट ने मजीठिया लागु नहीं करने के संदर्भ में अगली तारीख में जो जवाब प्रस्तुत कीया था
उसका उत्तर ता. 17.4.15 को गुजरात हाईकोर्ट में कर्मचारीयों के एडवोकेट की तरफ से प्रस्तुत करना था, परंतु इच्छुक कर्मचारी जब सुबह के समय कोर्ट में पहुंचे तो समाचार सुन कर सभी को मायुसी हाथ आई क्योंकी कोर्ट ने अगली सुनवाई 9.6.2015 के रोज निश्चित कर दी थी। उपस्थित लोगों की जांच-पडताल से यह कारण साम ने आया की भास्कर के एडवोकेट राजेश शाह चुपचाप अगली तारीख मांग कर फटाफट कोर्ट से गायब हो गये है। कंपनी को एसी क्या जल्दीथी जो इतनी हड़बड़ीमे ताऱीख मांगी गई, कंपनी की बौखलाहट साफसाफ नज़र आ रही है। एक तो सुप्रिमकोर्ट का फैसला भी अगले सप्ताह आने वाला है, दील्ली में केजरीवालजी ने मजीठिया के प्रति अपना समर्थन जता कर मीडिया मालिकों को अपनी हाज़िरी का अहेसास करा दिया है। विशेष खबर यह भी है की कंपनी ने जबलपुर हाईकोर्ट में तथा अहमदाबाद हाईकोर्ट में मजीठिया न लेने वाले लेटर में अपने मनमाफीक जो तारीखें डाली है उसमें काफी गड़बड़ीयां पाई गई है।अहमदाबाद युनिटमें तो खौफ बढ़ाने हेतु चाकचौबंद कर दीया गया है,हर एक जगह ताबडतोब स्पाय कैमरे लगा दिए गए है,आने और जाने के रास्ते भी बदल दिए है। कर्मचारीयों की जासुसी करवाई जा रही है और सभी पर नज़र रखी जा रही है। ड़रा हुआ इन्सान लोगों को ड़राने की बालीश चेष्टा कर रहा है

चूहे भाग रहे हैं सहारा का जहाज डूब रहा है
सुनने में आया है कि २२ अप्रैल को टीजे (तिहाड जेल) में सुब्रत राय सहारा ऑल इंडिया सहारा के स्थानीय संपादकों व मैनेजरों और टीवी चैनलों की मीटिंग ले रहे हैं। क्या इस मीटिंग में कर्मचारियों को सेलरी के नाम पर एक और मीठी गोली दी जाएगी। या फिर सभी चैनलहैड व प्रिंट के अधिकारियों को बाहर का रास्ता दिखाया जाएगा। हे सुब्रत राय अगर तुम अपना मीडिया हाउस के कर्मचारियों को समय पर वेतन नहीं दे पा रहे तो कम से कम उन पर एक एहसान तो कर दो कि अपना मीडिया हाउस बंद कर दोजिससेकि रोजाना सेलरी मिलने की आस में जो लोग अपने बीबी-बच्चों को भूखे घर पर छोड कर काम करने आ रहे हैं उनका भरोसा तो खत्म हो जाए और वह कहीं किसी और जगह जाकर काम देखें। तुम कमीनो (अधिकारियों) को यह शर्म भी नहंीं आई कि कर्मचारियों के बच्चे बिना फीस के कैसे स्कूल जाएंगे। तुम ने तो सहारा को लूट लिया है। अपनी-अपनी कंपनी बना लीं हैं लेकिन उस २० हजार सेलरी लेने वाले से पूछो जो हर महीने किराया देने के लिए परेशान है। बच्चों को घर भेज दिया है। क्योंकि ७ माह से बिना सेलरी के तो खाना भी नहींमिलता।
यहां के कर्मचारी भी इसी लायक हैं अरे मूर्खो दिल्ली में मजदूर भी शाम को अपनी मजदूरी लेकर ही घर जाता है लेकिन तुम हो ६-७ महीने हो गए बिना मजदूरी के लगातार काम कर रहे हो। बंद कर दो मीडिया को। टीवी चैनल को अखबार को मैग्जीन को। तब देखो यही सहारा का मैनेजमेंट कैसे तुम्हारी सेलरी पूरी देता है। अगर नहंीं देगा तो कम से कम कंपनी पर ताला तो लगा देगा।
हे सहाराकर्मियों तुमको भगवान सद्बुद्धि दे।
