In the said news report a report is typed with mistaken as… The Board, headed by Chief Justice P Sathasivam had submitted its final recommendations on December 31, 2010, which were notified by the Centre with certain modifications, a year later on November 11, 2011. Actually The Board, headed by Honourable Retired Justce of Punjab HC Shri G R Majithia (earlier was justice Kurup-resigned) had submitted its final recommendations on December 31, 2010, which were notified by the Centre with certain modifications, a year later on November 11, 2011. Honourable Chief Justice of Supreme Court Shri P Sathasivam delivered the final judgment on 7th Feb., 2014. Main question is that how to calculation is going to Fixation/Fitment. Majority management wrongly implemented the Wage Board. They did not protect the existing emoluments, did did paid service increments, denying the annual service increment, giving the DA on the base of 189 points instead of 167. So I request the concerned employees of others please clarify the calculation as properly. And also post the Pay Slip according the Majithia Wage Board on my email [email protected].
