We have got to know through Bhadas4media.com that one of our Ex employees Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari has written a letter to you claiming that Mr. Pramod Joshi had pushed Ms. Sheil Balla on\u00a0 22nd January, 2008 in our Office. Mr. Tiwari has made few other very serious allegations, for which we will initiate appropriate legal action against him separately. <\/strong><\/p>\n

At the outset we want to clarify that Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari was not even present in office at the time when he has alleged to have witnessed this incidence. The alleged incidence happened at around 12.30 PM. \u00a0However, we are enclosing a copy of the screen shot of the electronic attendance register which clearly shows that Mr. Tiwari came to office on 22nd Jan\u201909 only at 4.49 PM. Anx A<\/strong><\/p>\n

Further we wish to inform you that \u00a0Mr. Tiwari was sacked for non-performance on 23rd Jan\u201909 and when he refused to accept the termination letter, we sent the termination letter by speed post & post office receipt for the same is also attached as Anx B. <\/strong><\/p>\n

You will appreciate that the letter of Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari is malafide and written in frustration against his termination. <\/strong><\/p>\n

We would, therefore, request you not to take any cognizance whatsoever of his letter. In any case since the preliminary enquiry in the above referred complaint is underway, we would suggest that Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari should be called by the Investigating Officer and the facts should be ascertained by the Investigating Officer. <\/strong><\/p>\n
