I have also enclosed the enquiry report of the district magistrate of Bhagalpur.The enquiry report has been sent to the Press Registrar, New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report has clearly stated that the management of the company has not obtained the registration from the Press Registrar, New Delhi for publishing\u00a0 a fully changed Dainik Hindustan newspaper. My RTI\u00a0 action is based on the D.M&#8217;s enquiry report. The D.M&#8217;s enquiry report also states many things that I will exlplain later on. However, you can go through the report and understand how the Press Registrar (New Delhi) and the Bihar government\u00a0 are blaming one another for illegal publication of Dainik Hindustan from Bhagalpur in Bihar.
