It has been noticed that some of the staff members are not adhering to the office timings and are coming late to the office.\u00a0 It is also noticed that some \u00a0staff members are irregular in punching their attendance in the machine installed at the gate.\u00a0 These lapses are being viewed very seriously.\u00a0 All staff members are hereby informed to \u00a0be strict to their office\/shift timings, and also requested to punch their cards at both times to mark their attendance.\u00a0 Any leave of absence or late comings have to be informed to their HODs well in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Display \u00a0of \u00a0I.Cards \u00a0prominently in the premises are compulsory and hence all are requested to follow \u00a0the same without fail.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All HODs are requested to inform the staff working under them not to go out of the gate unnecessarily and also inform them to strictly follow the above instructions. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
