What is the source of the Rs 10 lakhs? Have you struck down &#8230;?&#8221; the court told CBI. &#8220;I have gone from page 1 to page 110 of the entire report. There is nothing from Ankur Chawla and Atul Maheswari on this &#8230; Then what is the source of the money?&#8221; said Justice Shali. &#8220;You are enquiring from the receptionist, hotel clerk to servants, all those people who have no role in it. This is despite the fact that the telephonic transcript shows what the source is,&#8221; the court said. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">CBI said it would file a charge-sheet in the case very soon as investigations are almost complete. The court was hearing a bail application moved by Vasudevan who was arrested by the CBI on November 23 for allegedly taking bribe. The court has reserved its order on Vasudevan&#8217;s bail plea and would pronounce it Thursday. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Earlier also, the court had raised questions about the manner CBI was proceeding in this case. During the last hearing on December 22, 2009, the court had said &#8220;there are allegations that investigations are not done in an equal and transparent manner&#8221;. CBI had lodged a case under various provisions of the IPC and the Prevention of Corruption Act against Vasudevan and company secretary Manoj Banthia after carrying out searches at several locations in Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">CBI has claimed before the court that it has recovered Rs 55 lakh in cash, including the alleged bribe amount, from Vasudevan&#8217;s residence here.
