In November 2008, our client has launched electronic channel \u201cP 7 News\u201d with its vision to encompass all the aspects of good electronic media.\u00a0 Our client is running the news channel \u201cP 7 News\u201d with perfection, performance and passion, under the supervision and control of experienced persons in the Board of Directors of our client, which consists inter-alia Mr. Jyoti Narayan, Mr. M.L. Sehjpal and Mr. Kesar Singh.<\/p>\n

3. Our client, since the launch of \u201cP 7 News\u201d has been successful to cover all the areas from fashion to philosophy, entertainment and music, science and technology and almost all aspects of human life and is growing manifold successfully by achieving difficult task in most simple, sincere and real way.<\/p>\n

4. It has recently come to the notice and knowledge of our client that certain rumors and misleading statements and facts have been published in a section of the media regarding the management and other officials of our client.<\/p>\n

5. There is no dispute or misunderstanding whatsoever between the management of our client or any of its officials.
