Even the creation of a union of Indian web journalist is in the process.<\/p>\n<p>This is funny yet disturbing that\u00a0 your colleagues in Lucknow chose to react and act on a small and true news item on a blog, filed a case against it&#8217;s Editor and sent a team of UP police in a jiffy to arrest thejournalist whose name nowhere figured in the item or website and who has credentials of working in Express group and NDTV amongst other media houses.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">At worst it could have been, if at all, a case of cyber crime but it is registered as a criminal defamation offence. Blame the illiteracy of your staff and &#8221;creative collusion&#8221; of police for it.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The item had said that on the day of sad demise of your great father, the doyen of Indian economic stream, the picture that was printed was not his (sic) and at the very evening a farewell party was arranged in your Lucknow.
