Your camera team has misreported and blatantly lied to the undersigned that the news they are recording is related to environment and Mr. Porwal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Your Camera team did not seek official permission from the RWA for entering the premise for recording the common place which is not only owned by Mr. Porwal, the referred CJ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Your reporter has not asked for any explanation from the Managing Committee regarding the issue highlighted in the news telecast.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. The fact is the misuse of funds reported is amounting to less than Rs, 20,000\/- for making two small fountains at the entry gate of the building which was duly approved in a General Body Meeting, the final authority in such matter. The contribution of the purported CJ Mr. Porwal is less than Rs. 200\/- and he was very much present in that GBM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Further, it has been said in that story that the Managing Committee is not taking action on more serious issues like seepage etc. I am to bring to your notice and it is very much known to Mr. Porwal that in same GBM proposal for repairing and painting of the building was not approved. So the question of taking action by Managing Committee against the wishes of General Members does not arise. Further to this, I can claim that ours is one of the best maintained complex in this area. We would request you to see and get vouched for it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Being a journalist myself, I believe, there are many more burning issues in the area which can \/ should be taken up which will really give relief and tangible improvement in the living condition of the residents of this area.
