Dear GOVERNOR-RBI\/ JT Director CBI\/ Chairman SEBI\/ Director ED, We thank the RBI and SEBI for issuing PUBLIC NOTICE ABOUT SAHARA GROUP illegal DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION. WE WISH TO BRING TO THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES THE FOLLOWING FACTS<\/p>\n

1. SIR WE ARE INVESTORS in Sahara group BEFORE THE PUBLIC NOTICE WERE ISSUED. Therefore you are duty bound to protect our interests<\/p>\n

2. THERE ARE MANY MORE INVESTORS WHO HAVE BEEN APPROACHING OUR ORGANISATION TO LEARN ABOUT THE ABOVE MENTIONED FACTS AND TO KNOW WHETHER THE DEPOSITS OF THE INVESTORS ARE SAFE.<\/p>\n

3. THERE IS STRONG TALKS IN THE MARKET THAT Rs 4600 crores approx have been wired out of the country by Sahara group- Amby Valley in between November- December 2010 for the purchase of Grosvenor House in London. THE Investors money routed from Mauritius.<\/p>\n

4. The investors wish to know whether our money can be wired out of the Country by Sahara Group Amby valley without the consent of the investors. The consent of the investors have not been obtained, we wish the concerned authority initiate action to see that the investors money is safe.<\/p>\n

5. We believe that since the Sahara Pariwar has been claiming that they have RBI approvals for the above mentioned deals for purchase of Grosvenor House in London, the authorities are requested to kindly investigate and inform the investors accordingly about the safety of their investments as the investments have been done by the investors before the PUBLIC NOTICE BY SEBI AS WELL AS RBI<\/p>\n
