\tSanjay Dutt found guilty in possession of a prohibited weapon AK 56. It was such an automatic gun which keeps firing until release of the pressure on the trigger.<\/p>\n
\tSuch kind of weapon is for the use of destruction and not for simple protection.<\/p>\n
\tAs per Mr. Dutt’s confession in 1994 , he received AK56 rifle from Mafia Don Abu Salem, Samir Hingora and Hanif Kadawala while their visit of Mr. Dutt’s house in 1993. . ( Keep in mind, his connections with Mafia Don Abu Salem!!!! ) .He claimed the rifle was to protect his family<\/p>\n

\tif his family was needed protection why had he not approached Maharashtra police for police protection?<\/p>\n
\tHe also asked his friend Yusuf Nulwalla to destroy the rifle only after Samir Hingora and Hanif Kadawala’s arrest.<\/p>\n

\tMr. K.M.Nanavati killed Mr. Prem Ahuja who cheated his wife and just took the benefits of his absenteeism.<\/p>\n

\tMr. K.M.Nanavati was a naval commander and killed the person who was the cheater and misusing his absenteeism whereas Mr. Sanjay Dutt was a drug addict and keeping the company of terrorist and dons. He completely behaved as an anti social element.
\tYou favored him by the characters of his parents. Laws are made for all. And one must obey the laws and no relaxations to be made for the criminals.
\tYou favored him by his act in the film on Mahatma Gandhi but I want to draw your attention towards the roles he played as Kancha China in “Agneepath” and in movie “Khalnayak.”<\/p>\n
\tRoles played on the reel life is different thing and the role played in real life is different thing.<\/p>\n
\tYou are mixing them.
\tAnd the fact is that he is criminal and must go to the jail.
\tSuch kind of persons are role model to the society if they do the mistakes and be forgave by the laws, then the society will be going to follow them obviously. Sanjay Dutt made a crime so he must be punished so that the public will get the example from his case and will not repeat the mistake.
\tBy your such kind of favoring you are going to settle the wrong trend. It does not suit you as you are the chairman of the PCI.
\tHave you have any intention to enter the politics afterwards? Or just the paying back to your congress supporters. Or just favoring as late Mr. Sunil Dutt was known to you.
\tHave you any prejudice with the decisions made by the courts of India ? In one case where Narendra Modi was given clean chit you are comparing him with Adolf Hitler and called him liar. And in 2nd case of Sanjay Dutt, where he was awarded 3.5 years of jail, you are favoring him and saving him.
\tPls. take a note we, the citizens of India are not fools. We also understand everything. We are not going to tolerate such kind of double standards any more.
