This is to inform you that, I was employed with M\/s &ldquo;CVK Mind Source Consulting Services Private Limited&rdquo; bearing PF A\/C No KN\/BN\/41509\/358 and left the said company on 30\/04\/2010.<\/p>\n<p> \tI am continuously trying to withdraw my P.F amount from last three year but not getting the response from the ex-employer.
