\tDear Sir\/Madam, We (1600 Apartment Flat owners) From Bangalore, need support from News Paper and News Channels. We booked Apartment Flat on April 2010 @ 14 +1 = 15 Lakh and as per agreement, Builder suppose to complete the Project by November 2012. Instead of Completing the project Builder asking Extra amount of approax 11 Lakhs (8.51 Lakhs + Taxes) . Otherwise Builder Threatening to Cancel the Flat. We have already paid 95% of Total amount as per agreement.<\/p>\n
\tBut now Builder forcing us to pay the extra amount (That is not mentioned in the agreement) otherwise they will Cancel Flat. Builder have almost stopped work on current project and selling other under construction Project (Apartment Flats) to customers. Please help us to resolve this issue and make other customer(Who is booking or already booked flats from this Builder for other project) to be aware for extra demand in future from them as well.<\/p>\n
