\tSHOW CAUSE NOTICE<\/p>\n

\tThe Chandigarh Press Club had given Notice on 13 July,2013 ,to all its members to clear their pending bills. It is found in the Club records that some members have deliberately ignored this notice and huge bills are pending against them in club records. Some of them have been pointed out in club’s audit report too.<\/p>\n

\tIt is the found that Mr Jaswant Rana had given cheque No. 276467 30\/09\/2013 of Allahabad bank and club restored his services but later the was bounced.  It is clear case of breach of the rules of the club.  <\/p>\n

\tPara 52 of the Constitutions of Chandigarh Press club says,<\/p>\n

\tDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\t52 GENERAL
\tAll irregularities and a breach of the rules shall be checked by the Secretary-General.<\/p>\n

\t    Taking cognizance of these gross this irregularities and violation of the Chandigarh Press Club constitution\/by laws of the club, a SHOW CAUSE NOTICE is hereby given to these members “Why an appropriate action should not be taken against them”.<\/p>\n

\t    They are given 15 days time to reply.<\/p>\n

\t    Members, who have already cleared their dues are requested to ignore this notice.<\/p>\n
