In such circumstances, for a proper and unbiased probe the matter needs to be  handed over to investigating and intelligence agencies also to save honour of judges firstly because the complainant has expressed dissatisfaction on Supreme Court probe. Secondly and more importantly, immediate disclosure of name of the concerned Supreme Court judge (now retired) will prevent other retired judges from being unnecessarily defamed because several names are going in whispers and speculations amongst journalists and in corridors of Supreme Court. Early disclosure of name of concerned judge in a time-bound period of say three days will also tend to prevent any future such incident.<\/div>\n
