\tDear Sir, Plz Help me. I have been following up with Reliance for almost 2 years but they are just not bothered to even reply. I am an old customer of Reliance Communications and holding Tel No. 9310646767 since long . I have been paying my Tel Bill regularly and I have no complaints regarding the services also.<\/p>\n
\tBut Sir, in Jan 2012 I had deposited a ch No 075875 on ICICI Bank for Rs. 2500\/- against my bill of Appx Rs.1400\/- , the balance amount was to be adjusted in my next bill. The ch got cleared from my ac. on 19.01.12.<\/p>\n
\tBut Sir , I got a credit of Rs. 1400\/- only which was my bill amount and I dont know why this has happened. When the ch was for Rs. 2500\/- then why a credit of Rs. 1400\/- is given to me. Where has the balance amount gone?<\/p>\n
\tMore over for this 1400\/- bill I received a call from reliance that if I deposit the bill today it self a credit of Rs. 300\/- will be given to me in account. What to say of Rs. 300\/- I lost my 1400\/- . And next month my phone was disconnected for non payment and it got reopened only after I paid the amount asked for, but my excessive payment was not considered.<\/p>\n
\tYou are therefore requested now to look into the matter and get me the necessary credit along with the interest of the last 2 years, It is nothing but a mental torture for me.<\/p>\n
