\tUnder section 595 of the Italian penal code spoiling the reputation of any business is illegal and a punishable offense. The articles which you have published on your website is spoiling our company’s reputation and making a negative image among the viewers.<\/p>\n
\tIt is unlawful to engage in defamation of another’s character and reputation. Defamation consists of<\/p>\n
\t(1) a statement that tends to injure reputation;<\/p>\n
\t(2) communicated to another; and <\/p>\n
\tWe demand that you immediately cease and desist your unlawful defamation of “IDS Corporation” and provide us with prompt written assurance, as soon as, possible that you will cease and desist from further defamation of IDS Corporation.<\/p>\n
