\tI wrote a letter to you on dated 13-01-2014 regarding name of ITO Crossing as “Ramcharan Aggarwal Chowk” fraudulently by the previous Chief Minister Mrs. Sheila Dixit in recommendation of the MCD with documentary proofs.<\/p>\n
\tIn this regard I received a letter on 31-01-2014 at my office from Dy. Secretary (RTI) \/ PIO, Chief Minister Office, RTI Cell, B-807, 8th Level, Delhi Secretariat, New Delhi vide letter no. File No. 1\/CM\/RTI\/2014\/ID-275\/2567 dated 28-01-2014 saying that my RTI application has been transferred to the PIO (SNA), Department of Urban Development, Delhi Secretariat, New Delhi.<\/p>\n
\tI request you to take proper action against the persons indulged in the fraud and unlawful act. Documentary proof clearly shows that Ramcharan Aggarwal was not a freedom fighter and had no involvement at all in the Indian Freedom Movement.<\/p>\n
\tI further request you to lodge an FIR against all persons involved in this fraud and immediate remove the statue of Ramcharan Aggarwal as well as board \/ stone or any other object which shows Ramcharan Aggarwal as freedom fighter. Please acknowledge and provide me the copy of FIR as soon as possible to save national sprit and true freedom fighters.<\/p>\n
