\tDear<\/span><\/strong> Colleagues,<\/p>\n

\tIt <\/span><\/strong>has been decided to amend an existing clause in the Appointment terms\/HR Policy with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

\tThe<\/span><\/strong> below mentioned clause now stands suspended till further notice:-<\/p>\n

\t“During<\/span><\/strong> your probation, the appointment is terminable by giving three(3)\/seven(7) days notice on either side”. Upon confirmation, either party will be entitled to terminate the contract of employment by giving one\/three months notice or basic pay in lieu of notice.”<\/p>\n

\tThe<\/span><\/strong> above mentioned clause will stand replaced by the below mentioned clause till further notice:-<\/p>\n

\t1.<\/span><\/strong> It is now mandatory for Probationers to serve a minimum of 30 days notice period from date of resignation, before they can be relieved by concerned department and HR, failing which clearance\/experience certificate from ZMCL shall not be given.<\/p>\n

\t2. <\/span><\/strong>Also for Regular (confirmed) employees upon submission of their resignation, “pay in lieu of notice period” will not be accepted. They need to serve a mandatory 30 days notice period or to the maximum stipulated notice period from his\/her date of resignation. Failing which they will not be relieved by HR and no clearance\/ experience certificate shall be issued by ZMCL.<\/p>\n

\tThis<\/span><\/strong> is being implemented with immediate effect and is applicable to all Probationers and Regular employees of ZMCL.<\/p>\n

\tRes<\/span><\/strong>t all terms and conditions of Appointment Letter remains unchanged.<\/p>\n
