\tAs you are aware Mahuaa Khobor is not performing as per the expectation of the Management. The Company feels the channel can be managed centrally under the supervision of National Heads based out of Head office, Noida. This has necessitated the Transfer of all the Employees of Mahuaa Khobor operating out of Kolkata office to Noida. This is in accordance with the Transfer Clause 2.6 (quoted below) of the Appointment Letter signed at the time of joining.<\/p>\n

\tThe Company may in its business interest's transfer you to any of its offices\/divisions or sister concerns in India or abroad already established or in future to be established on such terms and conditions as are applicable to such transfer as per company rules. Although the company will endeavor to ensure that such transfers do not cause any disruption to your status the company does not guarantee the continuation of any facility or perquisite in the new station. In such cases you will be governed by the company transfer policy and rules.<\/p>\n
