\tAs <\/strong><\/span>you are aware that big media houses like-Hindustan (Hindi), Punjab Kesari etc. are generating specific methods to escape from huge monetary loss.<\/p>\n

\tGiant <\/strong>media groups like-Dainik Bhaskar, Rajasthan Patrika had created parallel agencies and most of employees are not on the pay role of Dainik Bhaskar, Patrika etc. while these employees are working under these agencies as per legal considerations.So, if any person file a writ against these news papers, will be defeated by law.<\/p>\n

\tThis<\/strong><\/span> is such an insane.Its totally harassment of talents, while such groups generate good profits by these talents.<\/p>\n

\tI<\/strong><\/span> am working with Dainik Bhaskar Group from last one year and have total 3.5 years of work experience, also have done MBA from top institute of Bangalore where my salary is surprising (It's only Rs. 11200\/- monthly) which is not even sufficient monthly expanses for me alone.I am carrying big compromise, taken edu loan of Rs. 6300000 for MBA.You know, I have achieved my yearly target in first 2 quarters which is approx. 50 times of my salary and now on a growth of 100+% even after excellent growth i have nothing as appreciation and motivation.But still I have to continue my job here.What to do????<\/p>\n
