Big Blackmailer Chandan Sent a letter to CM, therefore as a protocal CM forwarded his letter to Department of Information & Public, Uttarakhand. This stands a general produre of CM office. NOW This does not claims any direction of CM to any department against Janta TV. Therefore all what he says is total Wrong. Secondly He sent a letter to Labor Authority, and as a rule, Labour authourity asked the viability of his complaint from us. This is their general work procedure.<\/p>\n

\tNow He knows that there is a case registered u\/s. 420, etc. in Nehru colony Police station against his, he has to go to jail, he is using Bhadas to Pressurize and defame us to withdraw the complaint, after which we shall persue one more legal challenge for him as a company policy.<\/p>\n

\tPreferably, The Release that Chandan has sent to you should never be publicized because there is no fact to it. The only legal statement that can be publicized is That 1) Chandan wrote to CM….  2) Chandan wrote to Labor commissioner and Labour commissioner has asked facts to his complaint…  rest all language what he has sent to you as a press release does not carry any sabstance of authenticity.<\/p>\n

\tI will make sure that Blackmailer stringer chandan jha is about to go behind bars for the illegal wrong doings he has been involved in. Uttarakhand police has registered the case against him for forgery, etc. On the basis of facts. Now he is trying his best to pressurize us by these false letters to CM. Wait, all will see the consequences by law soon. If we stand guilty to any of his allegations, we will accept by grace but not injustice.<\/p>\n
