\tFace The Nation, is a late night–10pm–show. Often our esteemed panelists cannot come to our studio or OB location at that time as they are in remote locations or unavailable at 10pm at night. We thus record small interviews with them, after taking their consent that this will be played in the Face The Nation debate. This was done with Sri Sriji as he was in Mirzapur, UP, and not able to come to our studio at 10pm.<\/p>\n
\tWe should have made it clear to our viewers that it was a recorded interview and not a Live interview. We accept our mistake and have given an unqualified and unconditional apology for the error on our channel. We have even called on Sri Sriji in Bangalore and tendered our apologies to him. He has forgiven us and said for him the matter is closed.<\/p>\n
