We are Graduate but we are not getting salary of &#8220;Back Office Assistant&#8221; (Graduate Scale). We respect you and we also respect M\/O Labour &amp; Employment.<\/p>\n<p>We are not getting salary, leave, bonus,gratuity and other allownces from company. Goverment increased the minimum wages from April &#8211; 2014, October &#8211; 2014 and April &#8211; 2015 but we have not received. We are not getting arrear also. Our condition is very miserable and we are totally helpless.
