Inspector Hazratganj : Mulayam Singh threat not substantiated\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Hazratganj police has refused to agree with IPS officer Amitabh Thakur\u2019s allegations about\u00a0 Mulayam Singh Yadav having threatened him on phone with dire consequences in the evening of 10 July. In his letter dated 17 July 2015, Inspector Hazratganj Vijay Mal Singh Yadav said that the complaint presented by Sri Thakur about Sri Mulayam Singh threatening him on his phone number 094155-34526 through phone number 0522-2235477, when he was at his Jawahar Bhawan office, was enquired into and after enquiry, the allegations have not been substantiated, hence the application was being rejected. The letter was handed over to Sri Thakur\u2019s wife Dr Nutan Thakur at their residence in evening of 23 July. Completely disagreeing with this enquiry, Sri Thakur said the letter gives no reasons for its conclusion which seems to have been drawn superficially, quite visibly under pressure. He said he shall now move CJM Court in this matter. After FIR not getting registered by Hazratganj police on 11 July, Sri Thakur had sent an application to SSP Lucknow under section 154(3) CrPC on 22 July.<\/p>\n
