Activist Dr Nutan Thakur, who had filed the PIL against Yadav Singh, today filed a Caveat in Supreme Court regarding the Allahabad High Court, Lucknow bench order passed for CBI enquiry in this matter on 16 July 2015. In the Caveat, she prayed for being heard before passing of any order by the Supreme Court, in any case filed against the High Court order either by the UP government or the Noida Authority or Yadav Singh.<\/p>\n

Dr Thakur also said that it was truly unfortunate that the UP government is trying to save Mr Singh, which shows the direct involvement of top political leaders of the State government, who are fearful of a CBI enquiry. She said while a Vigilance enquiry was initiated against her husband IPS officer Amitabh Thakur on the basis of the property declared by him, the State government was leaving no stones unturned to avoid CBI enquiry in this case, showing their revengeful and discriminatory behavior.<\/p>\n
