Ask a Bengali to do something, she will certainly challenge the purpose, or why do you even want it. Or why not consider a better alternative. Our minds are always active. Other cultures are closed, so they do as they are told. They have books that they follow as religion where they are not allowed to question. Follow what is told… In India, we have challenged all the notions and beliefs, and have evolved.<\/p>\n
During my MBA I had proposed an ideal organization where Indians were the top management – for visioning and strategizing. American the middle management for managing execution of a defined strategy. And Germans for precise executions. Americans would buy my crazy ideas, but English-medium Indians would be shocked at my audacity. For not putting Indians at the bottom.
