: Anna must maintain distance from RSS<\/strong> : New Delhi: Congress leader Digvijay Singh charges anti-graft champion Anna Hazare of shedding the tag of non-political person post his clarion call to defeat Congress in the Hissar Lok Sabha. In an interview to Ms. Anurradha Prasad, Digvijay Singh said that as Arvind Kejriwal hails from Hissar, he influenced Anna to start campaigning against the Congress there even though he did not take any interest in the Khadakwasla poll which is so close to his home in Pune. <\/p>\n

\u2018Why are you so severe on Anna and his close aides ?\u2019 \u201c Not at all. The fact is that I knew Anna for the last 20 years or so. He has done remarkable development work in villages of his Maharashtra. I used to touch his feet and will do so, though he says that I should be sent to mental asylum.\u201d<\/p>\n

With any reason, Prashant rakes up the issue of Kashmir even though both India and Pakistan have accepted that Kashmir is the bilateral matter and should be resolved between them.\u201d Digvijay Singh seems to be miffed with the fact that Anna Hazare is getting support from RSS even though he is denying his close ties with them. Anna must maintain distance from RSS.<\/p>\n

\u2018Now you explode bomb at any time ?\u2019 Two time Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh said, \u201c It is the people of Sangh who explode the bombs rather than me. They have done in Malegaon, Mecca Masjid, Samjhauta Express and several other places.\u201d<\/p>\n

While replying a question related to his opposition to the ongoing yatra of BJP leader L.K.Advani, Digvijay Singh made it clear,\u201d I am not against Advani\u2019s yatra. But, the first yatra of Advani was responsible for large scale communal riots that wedged a huge animosity between Hindus and Muslims.\u201d<\/p>\n

Congress has worked tirelessly to erase the practice of Untouchability . It was the Congress party which should be credited for giving reservations to dalits.
