लखनऊ : आईपीएस अमिताभ ठाकुर और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ. नूतन ठाकुरन आज सीजेएम लखनऊ के समक्ष शिव सेना सांसद और सामना के संपादक संजय राउत और एमआईएम नेता अकबरुद्दीन ओवैसी के विरुद्ध धारा 200 सीआरपीसी के अंतर्गत परिवाद दायर कर दिया.
परिवाद में कहा गया है कि संजय राउत ने जिस प्रकार 12 अप्रैल 2015 के सामना हिंदी दैनिक में “रोखटोक- मुंबई में ओवैसी की उछलकूद: सावधान बिल में संपोले हैं” शीर्षक लेख में मुसलमानों का मताधिकार छिनने की बात कही है, वह धारा 153 (ए), 295 (ए), 298, 504, 505 (1) (बी) व (सी), 505 (2) आईपीसी के तहत अपराध है. साथ ही लेख में श्री ओवैसी द्वारा कही गयी जो बातें बतायी गयी हैं, वे भी सामान धाराओं के अंतर्गत अपराध हैं.
वादी के अधिवक्ता त्रिपुरेश त्रिपाठी ने आरोपों को अत्यंत ही गंभीर और संवेदनशील बताते हुए इन दोनों को न्यायालय में तलब कर उन्हें नियमानुसार दण्डित करने का अनुरोध किया है. इस पर सीजेएम ने परिवाद दर्ज करते हुए अमिताभ ठाकुर को 25 अप्रैल को धारा 202 सीआरपीसी में अपना बयान दर्ज कराने के आदेश दिए.

The complaint said that the way Sri Raut pleaded for taking away the voting rights of the Muslims in his article “Rokhtok- Mumbai me Owaisi ki Uchalkud:Sawdhan bil me sanpole hain” in Hindi daily Samna dated 12 April 2015, clearly amounts to offence under sections 153 (A), 295 (A), 298, 504, 505 (1) (b) & (c), 505 (2) IPC. Similarly the statements attributed to Sri Owaisi in this article also amount to same offences.
The complaint called the offence extremely serious and sensitive for which my counsel Tripuresh Tripathi prayed for summoning the two accused in the Court to punish them. CJM Lucknow directed registration of the compliant, asking me to get my statement recorded under section 202 CrPC on 25 April.
