सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डॉ नूतन ठाकुर ने एक निजी चैनेल के स्टिंग ऑपरेशन में कानपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज की एसोसियेट प्रोफ़ेसर डॉ आरती लालचंदानी द्वारा पूर्व एसएसपी कानपुर नगर यशस्वी यादव पर उन्हें और 24 निर्दोष घायल मेडिकल छात्रों को अपनी जेब से 5-5 लाख रुपये देने का ऑफर देने के गंभीर आरोपों की जांच कराये जाने की मांग की है.
मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव को भेजे अपने पत्र में उन्होंने कहा है कि इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने स्वतः संज्ञान लिए और डॉ ठाकुर द्वारा दायर पीआईएल के आदेश पर एक-सदस्यीय जांच कमीशन गठित की गयी थी जिसने 07 अगस्त 2014 को अपनी रिपोर्ट कोर्ट के सामने रख दी थी.
उन्होंने कहा कि कोर्ट ने 22 सितम्बर 2014 को आदेश दिया था कि इस जांच कमीशन की रिपोर्ट पर बिना कोई विलम्ब किये कार्यवाही की जाए और एसएसपी सहित दोषी पाए गए पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ दंडात्मक कार्यवाही करते हुए मुआवजा उनके वेतन से वसूला जाए लेकिन अब तक इसका अनुपालन नहीं किया गया है.
अतः डॉ ठाकुर ने तत्काल यशस्वी यादव पर पैसा ऑफर करने के आरोपों की जांच करने और जांच कमीशन की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर 15 दिनों में कार्यवाही करने की मांग की है.

Enquire allegation of Yashaswi Yadav offering Rs. 1.20 crore
Social activist Dr Nutan Thakur has sought enquiry into the allegations made by Kanpur Medical College Associate Professor Arti Lalchandani about ex SSP Kanpur Nagar Yashaswi Yadav offering from his own pocket Rs. 5 lakh each to her and 24 innocent injured medical students, in a sting operation relayed by a private news channel.
Inb her letter to Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav she said that the Allahabad High Court has suo-motu and on Dr Thakur’s PIL directed constitution of one-member enquiry commission which submitted its report on 07 August 2014.
She said the High Court directed on 22 September 2014 that this enquiry report shall be acted upon expeditiously and departmental action taken against guilty policemen, including asking them to pay the compensation from their personal salary, but this order has not been complied so far.
Hence Dr Thakur has sought immediate enquiry into allegations of Yashaswi Yadav offering money. She has also requested taking all necessary action in compliance of the Enquiry Commission report within 15 days.
