स्टिंग के नाम पर ‘उगाही’ को उद्योग बनाने वाले टेलीविजन चैनल “न्यूज नेशन” का मामला दिल्ली की क्राइम ब्रांच को सौंप देने के साथ ही सूत्रों के मुताबिक मामले की पूरी फाइल गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह की टेबल तक जा चुकी है। वह पूरा प्रकरण दिल्ली के सफदरजंग थाने में 23 दिसंबर 2014 को शीतल कपूर के खिलाफ आईपीसी धारा 120बी और 384 के तहत एफआईआर संख्या 1013 में बी-6, सफदरजंग इन्क्लेव निवासी डॉ.संदीप शर्मा पुत्र गौरीशंकर शर्मा ने उजागर किया था। उन्होंने बताया था कि किस तरह शीतल कपूर ने 22 दिसंबर 14 को उनके डाइग्नोस्टिक सेंटर के स्टिंग से संबंधित सीडी न चलाने के एवज में 20 लाख रुपए मांगे। फिर अगले दिन 23 दिसंबर 14 को भी दोबारा फोन कर एडवांस के रूप में छह लाख रुपए मांगे गए। चेक ( न० ” 000741″ 110240101 00452029″ of A/C No 05862320000767 of HDFC Bank) से छह लाख रुपए का भुगतान किया गया, जिसे पुलिस ने छानबीन के दौरान शीतल कपूर से बरामद कर लिया।
सफदरजंग थाने में दर्ज पूरी एफआईआर इस प्रकार है –
21.12.2014 To: The SHO PS: Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Subject: Complaint of extortion by (1) Ms. Sheetal Kapoor (2) Unknown Person Sir, I am a Radiologist and running a Diagnostic center by the name of C 15 MRI Diagnostic & Research Center at Green Park, New Delhi.
On 28/11/2014. I had made a complaint to the Medical Council of India against one Mr Umesh and his company A-2-Z Health Consultancy at C5C, 102, first floor, Bhagwati Tower, Near Janak Cinema, New Delhi- 110058 as Mr Umesh was inducing and luring me to do unethical business practice.
A copy of my complaint is annexed as Annexure A.
On 28/11/2014 itselt I had also written to many TV news channels seeking their help in exposing this man and his company by conducting a sting operation to un-cover his acts.
A Copy of email sent by me to various TV news channels is annexed as Annexure B. My complaint was taken note by the Medical Council, reported and published in the Times of India newspaper dated 4/12/2014, but finding no response from either the Council or the TV news channels, I took the matter as closed.
However on 18/12/2014 at about 2:15 PM I received a call from one Ms Sheetal Kapoor from mobile no 9999926367. She wanted to meet me to discuss the above issue and by 3.03 PM she came to my enter.
After brief introduction she requested me to meet her in private. As my center is visited by many people I made her sit in my office to hear her. The moment we were alone in my office, Ms Sheetal Kapoor told me that she and her two associates namely Mr Abhimanyu and Mr Ram Kumar have made and are in possession of some video clippings/ digital date showing that I and my staff are doing illegal business from my center.
She also claimed that she and her associates are capable of having this data/ videos made public which shall harm my image and result in closing of my Diagnostic Center as the data /videos in their possession shall show that my center was running illegally. She also informed that Mr Umesh of A-2-Z was her associate.
I was taken aback by surprise and told her that all was well with my center and that I was following all statutory norms and doing no illegal business. On this she replied that she and her associates can edit and tailor make the videos/ digital data in their possession to look like that I and my staff are doing illegal business from my center and in case this data is made public, great loss in terms on money and reputation will be caused to me, my center and my family.
She further stated that she can stop the proposed injury to me, my family and my business and demanded as sum of Rs 27 Lacs as protection money or money to make her and her associates stop from publishing wrong information against me. She assured me that once I give her the demanded money no such data will be made public. I was surprised and shocked as I was being extended threats in my Center and was being put to extreme fear of very serious and irreparable injury to my reputation and to my business as well, by a young girl who on the face seemed very simple. She has given me one weeks time to pay the protection money of Rs 27 Lacs and extended threat that in case I do not pay this amount, she and her associates, shall edit the video clipping/ digital data in their possession and make it public by playing the same on TV news channel ” India TV”.
She also informed that the video clipping/ digital data that they shall show on TV shall show me and my staff doing illegal business in my center and reiterated her demand saying that I have no choice but to pay her the demanded amount and left my office at about 4.30 PM. Next day i.e. on 19/12/2014 at about 4:51 pm and again at 4:55 pm she repeated her threats and demanded Rs 27 Lacs from me. The call details of my mobile number 9811039567 and digital data of the CC TV’s installed in my center will confirm my claims.
Sir, Ms Sheetal Kapoor has threatened to publish false defamatory video/digital data concerning me and my Center unless I give her Rs 27 Lacs. She has given me one week time to pay or else she will spoil my life. Till yesterday I was too disturbed and in a state of shock & fear and could not report the matter to you.
Now after talking to my friends and well wishers I am reporting the matter to your good self to take appropriate legal action against Ms Sheetal Kapoor and her accomplices. Thanks, Best Regards, Sd English Dr SANDEEP SHARMA.
श्रीमान डियुटी आफिसर साहब थाना सफदरंजग एन्कलेव नई दिल्ली बकार सरकार निवेदन है कि दिनांक 21.12.14 को मन SI को एक शिकायत शिकायतकर्ता श्री सदींप शर्मा S/O Lt श्री गौरी शंकर R/O B-6/34, SJ Enclave की मिली थी। जो दौराने Inquiry of Complaint शिकायतकर्ता डा० सदींप शर्मा ने मन SI को सूचित किया था कि उन्हे Ms Sheetal Kapoor ने फोन पर दिनांक 22.12.14 को एक CD जिसमे उनके Diagnostic Center के Contact है न चलाने के एवज मे 20 लाख रूपये मांगे है जिसकी उन्होने recording करी है तथा आज दिनांक 23.12.14 को उन्हे फिर से Ms Sheetal Kapoor का फोन उनके मोबाइल फोन पर आया है जिसमे उसने आज फिर उपरोक्त CD को न चलाने के एवज मे आज दिन मै उनके क्लिनिक पर आकर Advance रकम 6 लाख रूपये की demand की है। जिस पर मन SI ने तमाम हालात जनाब SHO साहब को बतलाये तथा As per the direction of SHO मन SI ने Ct महेन्द्र 1725/SD व L/Ct रेखा 2325/SD के हमराह रेडिंग पार्टी तैयार की तथा समय 11 बजे दिन DD No 16A से रवाना मौका C-15, Green Park New Delhi का हुआ। जो रास्ते मे मन SI ने 4-5 राहगुजरान को हालात शिकायत बतलाकर शामिल पुलिस कार्यवाही होने को कहा जिस पर सभी अपनी-2 जायज मजबूरी बतलाकर कार्यवाही मे शामिल होने से मना करके चले गये। जो समय की कमी के कारण किसी को नोटिस भी नही दिया गया। जो समय करीब 12.30 PM बजे मन SI C-15 MRI Diagnostic Center पहुंचा जहां मौजूद मरीजो को भी हालात बतलाकर शामिल कार्यवाही होेने को कहा पर सबने अपनी-2 जायज मजबूरी बतलाई और शामिल होने से मना कर दिया। जिसके बाद डा० साहब को हालात बतलाकर शामिल कार्यवाही किया गया व जिन्होने भी शिकायत के विषय मे तफ्तीश से बताया इसके बाद शिकायतकर्ता डा० सदींप शर्मा ने एक अदद चैक न० ” 000741″ 110240101 00452029″ of A/C No 05862320000767 of HDFC Bank जिस पर डा० सदींप शर्मा ने As per demand of Sheetal Kapoor चैक मे 6 लाख रूपये अंग्रेजी व नम्बर मे भरे तथा उसमे 27.12.14 की तारीख भरी। व चैक पर अपने हस्ताक्षर अंग्रेजी मे किये। व उनको हिदायत देकर चैक उपरोक्त उनके हवाले किया। व डाक्टर साहब को उनके चेम्बर मे छोडकर मन SI मय रेडिंग पार्टी वेटिंग हाल मे बैठ गये। समय 5.00 PM बजे डाक्टर साहब हस्ब इशारा करके मन SI को सूचित किया। जिस पर मन SI मय रेडिंग पार्टी डा० साहब के चेम्बर मे पहुंचा। जो चेम्बर मे डाक्टर साहब के साथ एक लडकी जिसका नाम पता बाद दरियाफ्त शीतल कपूर D/O सुरेश R/O 94/5, Sec-1, Pushp Vihar N. Delhi पता चला बैठी मिली जिस पर डाक्टर साहब ने बतलाया कि उन्होने इस लडकी शीतल के Demand के मुताबित 6 लाख का चैक इसके हवाले कर दिया है जिस पर शीतल ने अपने हाथ से OXXY International भरा है। इसके बाद L/Ct की मदद से शीतल के कब्जे से उपरोक्त अदद चैक In favour of OXXY International भरा हुआ है बरामद किया जो बरामदा चैक को बरूवे फर्द कब्जा पुलिस मे लिया गया जो मजबून शिकायत से हालात से Inquiry से सरेदस्त सूरत जुर्म U/S 384/120B IPC का सरजद होना पाया जाता है लिहाजा तहरीर हजा बगर्ज कायमी मुकदमा बदस्त Ct महेन्द्र 1725/SD अरसाल थाना है मुकदमा दर्ज रजिस्टर करके नम्बर मुकदमा से इतला दी जावे तारीख व वक्त वुकआ 18.12.14 to 23.12.14 जाय वकुआ Unknown तारीख व वक्त रवानगी तहरीर 23.12.14 at 6.45 PM Sd English SI Yogesh PS SJ Enclave N. Delhi Dt 23.12.14 कार्यवाही पुलिस अज थाना तहरीर बदस्त Ct महेद्र No 1725/SD से मौसूल होने पर जुर्म मजकूर दर्ज Computer करके असल तहरीर व Computerize FIR Copy बदस्त आरिन्दा Const. नज्द SI Yogesh Kumar साहब भिजवाई गई व एक Computerize FIR Copy हवाले MHC(R) की गई दिगर नकुलात बजरिये डाक अफरान बाला की खिदमत मे अरसाल होगें।
