Mr, Upadhyay submitted a Representation on 20.06.2016 to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare: <\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 To declare \u2018First Sunday\u2019 of every month as \u2018Health Day\u2019 for educating and sensitizing the people about ill-effects of population explosion and increasing pollution and provide essential vaccines – contraceptive pills, free of cost, to economically weaker section and below poverty line families in spirit of the Article 21 read with Article 38, 39, 47, 48A and 51A of the Constitution of India;<\/p>\n
2.\u00a0 To frame a Comprehensive Effective and Uniform Population Control Policy and expedite the implementation of \u2018National Population Policy-2000\u2019 and \u2018National Commission to Review the Working of the Constitution\u2019 recommendation for population control;<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0 To have a chapter on \u2018ill-effects of population explosion\u2019 in curriculum of the children aged 6 to 14 years throughout the Country.<\/p>\n
