After leakage of audio-conversation of Jhansi MP Chandra Pal singh Yadav for threatening Jhansi tehsildar Gulab Singh Rajput, social activist Dr Nutan Thakur has asked UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to immediately get a criminal case registered against Sri Chandra Pal for threatening a government servant in performing his official duty of stopping a tractor with illegal mining.
In her letter to the CM she has also asked for immediately cancelling the transfer of the Tehsildar from Jhansi to Kanpur after this incidence. She said she shall be producing the taped conversation between the MP and Tehsildar to Lokayukta in Gayatri Prajapati case to prove the extent of illegal mining in the State and the role of politicians in it.
