Complaint about Metlife illegal activities

A Very Good Morning!

I have been completely cheated by one of the agents called Mr Sridhar from pnbMetlife whose false and fabricated stories which I believed and taken policy thinking that my each child will get handsome money at the end or maturity of the premium after 15 years. However, when I called the Pnbmetlife they let the true cats out of the bag stating that I hardly get what I paid at the end or maturity of the policy whereas this cheater has promised me that I would get almost 4 times more what I pay in 15 years!.

These type of bloody people are asking me to go through all the non-sense procedures for not getting my money but for fighting against their false and fabricated stories. When I was paying them no issues at all, no visit to any person, no visit to their offices, no customer care, no interaction, no hassles to loot our money. I hardly knew any people when the money was collected from me, it is a hard earned money and they cannot cheat people with their bloody nonsensual tactics. What the hell they think of themselves. I want my paid money back within 24 hours from now, or else, I’m going to raise this issue all over the country. We the people of the nation, not going to allow them to deceive and cheat people like this.

Meanwhile, I have already forwarded this matter to Prime Minister’s Office.  Now, let me see who are the true patriots, corruption free media, police and the Lok sabha members will come forward my help.  Please find the attachment for the complete details and the bloody idiots ridiculous statements after taking my money into their bloody sacks.  Anticipating justice from the proud Indians

With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to submit the following:
I have been completely cheated by one of your agents called Mr Sridhar whose false and fabricated stories I believed and taken policy thinking that my each child will get 20,000,00 rupees at the end of the maturity of the premium after 15 years. However, when I called the Pnbmetlife they let the true cats out of the bag stating that I hardly get what I paid at the end or maturity of the policy.
Your bloody people ask me to go through all the non-sense procedures for getting my money back and when it was taking the money there were no issues. No people I hardly know when the money was collected from me, it is a hard earned money you cannot cheat people with your bloody nonsense ask us to ombudsman to file a case. What the hell they think of themselves. I want my paid money back within 24 hours from now, or else, I’m going to raise this issue all over the country. We the people of the nation, not going to allow you to deceive and cheat people like this.

We would like to inform you that the policy has been issued basis the application form and other supporting documents submitted by you at thetime of the proposal. As per application form you have opted for Met Endowment Saving Plan with Premium paying term and coverage term of 15 years, basis the same we have issued the policy.
 
We also would like to inform you that we have dispatched the policy document at your registered mailing address in the month of August-2014 through Speedpost vide POD number EK412636546IN. Customer has aperiod of 15 days from the date of receipt of the Policy document to review the terms and conditions of the policy and to verify the details provided therein.
 
If the customer is not satisfied with the terms and conditions, he/she has the option to return the policy document along with a written request for cancellation within Free look in Period at any of our nearest PNB MetLife designated Offices , however we have not received any such request within free look in period.
 
Basis the reasons cited above we would not be able to accept your request for cancellation of policy at this point of time.

This is preposterous, when you want the customers you guys roam behind them to deceive them and now you ask us to come to your office and do things. I have clearly mentioned that I have no time for this all bullshit. Simply, close my policy, pay back my whole amount, immediately and even compensation for your false and fabricated assurances and deceiving people.

Never ask me to come to your office and do write a complaint, if you want a written complaint ask your agent(s) to come to me with the documents and meet me personally and take whatever he/she wants as they did before i was going for the policy. It should be happened before 24 of this month as I am leaving for Saudi on the following sunday evening.

Don’t command me to do the things you better change your attitude and policies of cheating people.

I have been a customer of Pubjab National Bank, bearing account No. 2762000400000447 who has taken pnb Metlife insurance policy on 11 August 2014 onwards. Before taking the policy the agent has informed me that I would get around 78,00,000 – 80,00,000 rupees at the end of the policy. I made this policy on my four children named Miss Vedasri, Miss Dakshasri, Masters Nishit Kumar and Aarush Kumar, for their better future and prospects. The agent Mr Sridhar has promised me that each child would get approximately 20,00,000 rupees each at the end of the policy. However, when I started making the payment the amount I realised that basic sum assured is 23,02,020 rupees which led to a reasonable doubt. I called several times the head office and asked about it but received no proper and assured answer but recently one of the persons from customer care has responded stating that I would hardly get only 28,00,000 lakhs at the maturity of the bond! This is nothing but cheating people I have even called Mr Sridhar who assured me again stating that I would get approximately 40,00,000 rupees at the end of the maturity. He told me that it is a traditional plan but on the policy it says it is an endowment policy. This is cheating innocent people by giving false promises. Puzzled with their different opinion I think I am completely cheated by your agent. For the policy number see the subject.

Now, I am not going to keep quiet I would like to cancel the bond and get back my money. Furthermore, I will certainly make sure that these kind of fraud people are punished severely for giving false and fabricated assurance to the customers. I will start working on it to reach media, president, prime minister’s office and also all the leading newspapers and social media to get justice. You have got to resolve the issue immediately.

You have 24 hours to settle everything.

I have gone through the policy and spoke to Mr Sridhar about the policy and asked why is it showing only 23 lakhs on the premium amount for which he said the amount what he promised i.e. at least 78 lakhs or more at the end of the policy would appear on the premium document after one year and same didn’t happen . I have trusted you guys you cannot cheat me with your false and fabricated stories anymore, i want my money back immediately dont tell me all these stories okay. who is your higher authority i want their telephone numbers and also e-mail ids. Now you promise and give me a documentated evidence that I would get around 78 lakhs at the end of the policy I will continue or else just pay back the whole money.

Remember I dont have time to waste behind your crooked mentalities so immediately pay back my money with interest.

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
Greetings from PNB MetLife!
 
This is with reference to your grievance regarding the above policy number. We would like to inform you that the policy has been issued basis the application form and other supporting documents submitted by you at thetime of the proposal. As per application form you have opted for Met Endowment Saving Plan with Premium paying term and coverage term of 15 years, basis the same we have issued the policy.
 
We also would like to inform you that we have dispatched the policy document at your registered mailing address in the month of August-2014 through Speedpost vide POD number EK412636546IN. Customer has aperiod of 15 days from the date of receipt of the Policy document to review the terms and conditions of the policy and to verify the details provided therein.
 
If the customer is not satisfied with the terms and conditions, he/she has the option to return the policy document along with a written request for cancellation within Free look in Period at any of our nearest PNB MetLife designated Offices , however we have not received any such request within free look in period.
 
Basis the reasons cited above we would not be able to accept your request for cancellation of policy at this point of time.
 
In case you still feel that your grievance is not resolved as per your expectation, you may chose to raise it with the Ombudsman the details for which are provided at http://www.irda.gov.in/ADMINCMS/cms/NormalData_Layout.aspx?page=PageNo234&mid=7.2
