Bhopal city based retired superintendent archaeologist Mr. Narayan Vyas has been honored by Incredible Book of Record for the discovery of ancient Indian Brick. For Mr. Narayan Vyas, his long-cherished dream of earning nationwide recognition has finally come true when Incredible Book of Records acknowledged him as a national record holder in collection category of record book. He received the National Record Certificate, Medal & Trophy from Mr. Deepak Sharma, editor of Incredible Book of Records.
He found the 2300 years old brick with human foot impression of Ancient time period (Mauryan Period 3rd Century B.C.) on the bank of river Bes near Udaygiri in the dump of Brickbats. Mr. Narayan Vyas is a passionate prehistoric artefacts collector and he has more than 2000 prehistoric artefacts in his collection. These artefacts belong to many Indian Dynasties. On this occasion Mr. Narayan Vyas addressed the media “Hope this discovery will encourage the Indian youth to take the interest in Indian history and to explore the new mysteries which is still lying the darkness of earth. I am always ready to help and guide the youngsters who want make their career in Archaeology.”
