Respected Sir,
We are working in M/S ABP PVT LTD as a “Back Office Assistant” on contract basis last ten years. We are Graduate but we are not getting salary of “Back Office Assistant” (Graduate Scale). We respect you and we also respect M/O Labour & Employment.
We are not getting salary, leave, bonus,gratuity and other allownces from company. Goverment increased the minimum wages from April – 2014, October – 2014 and April – 2015 but we have not received. We are not getting arrear also. Our condition is very miserable and we are totally helpless. Kindly help us.
