Ujjain : City media fraternity has opened a front against high-profile multi-crore MP Professional Examination Board (PEB) scam after the mysterious death of a scribe, here on Tuesday. MP Working Journalist Union handed over a memorandum to Collector Kavindra Kiyawat in protest of the objectionable statement of BJP National general secretary Kailash Vijayvergiya against the media persons. Journalists also paid homage to the deceased journalist at Press Club.
Entire journalist fraternity is in deep shock after the suspicious death of the scribe Akshay in Jhabua while interviewing the father of PEB Scam accused. MP Working Journalist handed over a memorandum to Collector Kavindra Kiyawat and demanded CBI probe in the PEB Scam. They also condemned the statement given by Vijayvergiya. President Rajendra Rathore, general secretary Umesh Chouhan and others were present. A condolence meeting was organized at Society for Press Club on Tuesday evening. All media persons kept silence for a minute paying tribute to the deceased scribe.
