The complaint by IPS officer Amitabh Thakur to Central Vigilance Commission against the alleged improper role played by ex Home Secretary Anil Goswami in putting unwarranted pressure on the CBI during the arrest process of Saradha accused Matang Sinh, has been handed over to the CBI. After coming into open of these facts, Sri Goswami had sought voluntary retirement which was immediately accepted by the Central Government. Sri Thakur had objected to it through his complaint dated 02 February 2015 saying that Sri Goswami’s conduct comes prima-facie as criminal and administrative misconduct and voluntary resignation does not seem enough punishment for it. Hence he had requested the CVC to get the matter enquired and take all appropriate measures, including withholding of pensionary benefits etc, if found guilty.
पूर्व केंद्रीय गृह सचिव की शिकायत सीबीआई को सुपुर्द
आईपीएस अफसर अमिताभ ठाकुर द्वारा पूर्व केंद्रीय गृह सचिव अनिल गोस्वामी के स्तर पर सारधा घोटाले के आरोपी पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री मतंग सिंह की गिरफ्तारी कथित रूप से रुकवाने के लिए सीबीआई पर दवाब बनाने की भूमिका के सम्बन्ध जांच करने हेतु केन्द्रीय सतर्कता आयोग में भेजी शिकायत सीबीआई के सुपुर्द की गयी है. श्री गोस्वामी ने यह शिकायत सामने आने के बाद स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति मांगी थी जो केंद्र सरकार द्वारा तत्काल स्वीकार कर ली गयी थी. इस पर श्री ठाकुर ने 02 फ़रवरी 2015 की शिकायत में कहा था कि गृह सचिव जैसे जिम्मेदार पद पर इस तरह का आचरण निश्चित रूप से प्रशासनिक और दांडिक कदाचरण की श्रेणी में आता है और इसके लिए स्वैच्छिक सेवानिवृत्ति पर्याप्त नहीं है. अतः उन्होंने श्री गोस्वामी की भूमिका की जांच करने और दोषी पाए जाने पर उनकी पेंशन रोकने सहित अन्य कार्यवाही करने की मांग की थी.
