Dear Office bearers and members
First I would like to give my Thanks to Mr. Kamran for his continuous and successful efforts for bringing the constitution of IFWJ in the reach of every single member. I do agree with the following questions raised by Mr. Kamran;
1- Its my fundamental right to know about the so called Central Credentials Committee of IFWJ . In fact the annexed warning letter was not signed by any of the member of the Central Credentials Committee.
2- When this Committee was Constituted and by which rules of the constitution this committee was constituted ? ( as in the constitution there is only “ Credential Committee” and no “Central Credentials Committee”) so its seems that someone is playing a dirty game by misusing the similar name, Who is he/she. We must know. Is office bearers are going to setup any inquiry for this misconduct ?
3- Who are the members of this Central Credintials Committee ? ( We have the right to know)
4- When this committee held meeting and at which place this meeting was held ?
5- Who will be held responsible for not replying any of my email ? What action this committee will take against my complaints ? (There must be someone responsible for any official letter)
I wonder that there is no detailed information before 9 days of proposed convention in which we have to elect new office bearers. No notice regarding the procedures of elections. No details of vacant posts? No details of state quota? It is a serious business, but again few people are tying to hide something . I don’t think it is democratic.
We need a details Bangalore program, point wise day to day program to make our participation worth.
And lastly, I would like to mention on promise, which was made by Sri Vikram Rao ji in our welcome meeting at U.P. Press Club Lucknow, to provide All the National Councilors list of North Zone. I am still waiting for that list, so we can communicate with others to make our electoral consensus.
There are many gaps regarding transparency issues. It is responsibility of office bearers to make it clear ASAP.
