छत्तीसगढ़ में जी समूह से अलग हुए गोयल ग्रुप के चैनल आईबीसी24 को लगातार झटके लग रहे हैं. पहले इनपुट हेड शिरीष मिश्रा ने इस चैनल से इस्तीफा दिया था. और अब खबर है कि रायगढ़ के ब्यूरोचीफ मनोज सिंह ने भी इस्तीफा दे दिया है. मनोज इसके पहले चैनल को भिलाई और अंबिकापुर में भी ब्यूरोचीफ के रूप में अपनी सेवाएं दे चुके हैं. मनोज बार बार ट्रांसफर किए जाने से परेशान थे.

Respected all sir/mam,
I want to share something to all of you, specially higher authorities of this channel. After a long wait of 21 months, I got the least possible promotion & increment. After 21 months, channel promoted me from TPE to PE, and awarded an increment of 10%. On the other hand, my 2 companions who had entered the channel with me got double promotion & more than double increment in comparison to me. I feel happy for them. They got what they should get. I should get too the same. At a time, when average increment of an employee in channel is about 20-25%. Isn’t what I got ridiculous? It is. It is simply injustice, a dirty game with a talent who served the channel with the most possible dedication, commitment, responsibility, sincerity, honesty & hard work.
I am confident enough to say that my assignment mates, assignment head Sanjeev Sir, colleagues & seniors from output, reporters, stringers, vsat mates know me as an active, sincere, hard working & talented employee who does his work with perfection. They will agree with me. Only our editor is not very impressed with me. And the image of me he has created in his mind is totally opposite to the truth. He uses to suggest some things to me. I accept & respect that. But now I know, those suggestions are mere baseless logics to under- estimate me. Either he can’t see the truth, or he doesn’t want to see the truth. Either its misunderstanding or intentional.
So, I have been victimized by a biased and prejudiced mind of our editor Mr. Abhay Kishore. Now, I don’t want to prove myself. Neither I am requesting nor demanding for anything. Because it will be an insult of my rights. I just object. I just protest. I just oppose. I just condemn the injustice with me. I have lost my belief in this organization. And I want to get rid of stupidity going on here. Very soon, I will like to quit. Thanks.
