Dear Shri Dwijendra Omkarnath Tiwari ji,
I am writing this mail to bring to your notice about malpractices being carried out in the Mumbai Edition of Hamara Mahanagar. I am shocked to see a news item published with the heading "Doguni Raftar Se Badh Raha Raison Ka Paisa"on front page below the top box of your Mumbai edition of Friday dated December 16, 2011. It now only carries my name but the whole news story has been lifted word by word from my exclusive report published in all editions of Nai Dunia News paper previous day, i.e. Thursday, December 15, 2011. Attached herewith are my news report published in NaiDunia on December 15, 2011 and scanned copy of your news paper dated December 16, 2011.
This is not only violation of my Intellectual Property Rights and copy rights for the said news item, but it has also caused me mental disturbances from the day it appeared in your newspaper. I am getting several calls from the people in general and journalistic community in particular inquiring about whether I have changed my present job. Also, colleagues at my company have started discussing if I am sending my exclusive reports to your paper as well, which leads to defamatory situation to my profile and status.
Please explain to how this has happened and who has provided you this above said report? To clear this misleading act, I would request you to please publish an apology for the same, in the same fonts and placement in your newspaper and also explain why I should not initiate further legal procedures for the same.
