जब गैर पेशेवर लोग पत्रकारिता में आते हैं तो ऐसे-ऐसे कारनामे करते हैं कि पूरा पत्रकारिता जगत उनसे कलंकित होता है. इंदौर से प्रकाशित 'दबंग दुनिया' में भी अजीब सी परम्पराएँ जन्म ले रही हैं. ताजी जानकारी के मुताबिक 'दबंग दुनिया' के मालिक और प्रधान संपादक किशोर वाधवानी ने एक नया फरमान जारी किया है. फरमान ये है कि मार्केटिंग वाले अपने साइन किए हुए ब्लैंक चेक ऑफिस में जमा कराएँ, ताकि जिन विज्ञापनों की वसूली नहीं हो, वो मार्केटिंग के उन लोगों से की जाए जो सम्बंधित विज्ञापन लाए थे. इस बे-सिरपैर के फरमान के बाद मार्केटिंग वालों को सांप सूंघ गया है. ऐसी हालत में 'दबंग दुनिया' में मार्केटिंग के अच्छे लोगों का आना रुकेगा और विज्ञापन भी! क्योंकि, वसूली के डर से कोई रिस्क क्यों लेगा?
इस फरमान के दायरे में मार्केटिंग लोकल एंड अपकंट्री, सर्कुलेशन और रिकवरी के लोग लाए गए हैं. इन सभी विभागों को पिछले महीने निर्देश जारी कर कहा गया कि जो लोग महीने के अंत तक ब्लैंक चेक नहीं जमा करते हैं, उनकी सेलरी होल्ड पर कर ली जाएगी. इस बारे में एचआर रिया चक्रवर्ती की तरफ से एक मेल भी जारी किया गया. इसको लेकर इन सभी विभागों में असंतोष व्याप्त हो गया. मार्केटिंग के लोगों ने इस तुगलकी फरमान की नाफरमानी करना शुरू कर दिया. इससे नाराज प्रबंधन ने दस लोगों को टर्मिनेट करने का फैसला ले लिया. टर्मिनेट किए गए लोगों के नाम इस प्रकार हैं… कपिल पवार, अशरफ गोरी, रवि शंकर शर्मा, प्रदीप दुबे, रमित गोयल, इशान पंडित, त्रिलोक सिंह भदौरिया, देवेंद्र शर्मा, रितेश सोनी और अश्विनी विधवानी.
नीचे दबंग दुनिया के एचआर और चेयरमैन डेस्क की तरफ से जारी दो मेल प्रकाशित किए जा रहे हैं…

Dear All,
As per the instruction of chairman sir , it has been clearly instructed by him that those who will not be able to provide the cheques by the end of this month , their salary of current month will be on hold . Those who were not willing to give the cheques , can leave the job from an immediate effect.
This is a policy framed by the management & it is mandatory for all the employees to follow the rule..This is the strict guideline given from the management.
