नई दिल्ली : पत्रकारिता के क्षेत्र में दिए जाने वाले 'रामनाथ गोयनका एक्सिलेंस जर्नलिज्म अवार्ड्स' का आयोजन सोमवार को होटल ताज में किया गया। इस समारोह में देश भर के 32 पत्रकारों को सम्मानित किया गया। इनमें हिंदी प्रिंट मीडिया में दिए जाने वाले एकमात्र पुरस्कार से दैनिक जागरण के नेशनल ब्यूरो चीफ अंशुमान तिवारी को सम्मानित किया गया। एनडीटीवी इंडिया के दो पत्रकारों को प्रतिष्ठित रामनाथ गोयनका पुरस्कार दिया गया है। बेस्ट हिंदी रिपोर्टिंग के लिए हृदयेश जोशी को रामनाथ गोयनका अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित किया गया है और बेस्ट इनवेस्टिगेटिव रिपोर्टिंग के लिए रजत केन को रामनाथ गोयनका पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है। उप राष्ट्रपति हामिद अंसारी ने दिल्ली में ये प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार प्रदान किए।
17 अलग अलग श्रेणी में दिए गए इस अवार्ड में सिविक जर्नलिज्म के लिए तिप्ती लाहिरी, अनकवरिंग इंडिया इनविजिबल के लिए शिखा त्रिवेदी, हिंदी ब्रॉडकास्ट के लिए हृदयेश जोशी समेत 32 पत्रकारों के उनके बेहतर काम को सराहा गया। पुरस्कार विजेताओं का चयन दस सदस्यों के निर्णायक मंडल ने किया। जिसमें इनफोसिस के संस्थापक एनआर नारायण मूर्ति, राज्यसभा सदस्य व कृषि वैज्ञानिक डॉ. एमएस स्वामीनाथन, एचटी मीडिया लिमिटेड की वाइस चेयरपर्सन तथा संपादकीय निदेशक शोभना भरतिया, आइआइएम-ए के निदेशक बकुल डोलकिया, मैनेजमेंट कंसलटेंट रामा बिजापुरकर, फिल्म निर्माता श्याम बेनेगल, एचडीएफसी के चेयरमैन दीपक पारिख, कानूनी मामलों के विशेषज्ञ फली एस. नरीमन और महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा के चेयरमैन केशव महिंद्रा शामिल थे। इस मौके पर भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता लालकृष्ण आडवाणी, केंद्रीय मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल, सचिन पायलट, ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया, भाजपा नेता रविशंकर प्रसाद, प्रेस काउंसिल के अध्यक्ष मार्कडेय काटजू, दैनिक जागरण समूह के सीईओ व संपादक संजय गुप्त समेत कई जाने माने लोग उपस्थित थे।
