कोलकाता से संचालित होने वाले तिवारी बाबा के करोड़ टकिया चैनल 'महुआ खोबोर' का शटर बंद हो चुका है. यहां काम करने वाले सारे कर्मचारी अचानक सड़क पर आ गए हैं. दरअसल पिछले एक महीने से यहां के कर्मचारी सेलरी के लिए मैनेजमेंट पर दवाब बना रहे थे. पहले तो एचआर ने तीन महीने की सेलरी लेकर संस्थान से विदा लेने के लिए सारे लोगों को कहा. जब लोगों ने बात नहीं मानी तो तिवारी बाबा ने चैनल बंद करने का ऐसा तरीका निकला कि सांप भी मर जाये और लाठी भी न टूटे.
कोलकाता में महुआ खबर में काम करने वाले सारे स्टाफ को नॉएडा तत्काल प्रभाव से ट्रान्सफर कर दिया गया है. दिसम्बर महीने की सेलरी अभी मिली नहीं है और बाबाजी ने एसी थ्री से आने का फरमान जारी कर दिया है. एक तरफ जहां सेलरी न मिलने से खाने के लाले पड़े हैं, ऐसे में 2000 हजार खर्च कर इस तिवारी बाबा से पैसा वसूलने और नौकरी की भीख मांगने कौन जायगा. मेल ऐसा लिखा गया है कि आप इसके खिलाफ मुकदमा भी नहीं कर सकते. करीब दो सौ लोगों के डेथ वारंट को आप भी पढ़िए. स्टाफ के लोग समझ नहीं पा रहे हैं कि इसे पढ़कर वे हंसें या रोएं या तिवारी बाबा को कोसें… स्टाफ के लोग कहते हैं कि जो भी हो, तिवारी बाबा के साथ प्रकृति न्याय जरूर करेगी.

Dear All,
As you are aware Mahuaa Khobor is not performing as per the expectation of the Management. The Company feels the channel can be managed centrally under the supervision of National Heads based out of Head office, Noida. This has necessitated the Transfer of all the Employees of Mahuaa Khobor operating out of Kolkata office to Noida. This is in accordance with the Transfer Clause 2.6 (quoted below) of the Appointment Letter signed at the time of joining.
2.6 Transfer:
The Company may in its business interest's transfer you to any of its offices/divisions or sister concerns in India or abroad already established or in future to be established on such terms and conditions as are applicable to such transfer as per company rules. Although the company will endeavor to ensure that such transfers do not cause any disruption to your status the company does not guarantee the continuation of any facility or perquisite in the new station. In such cases you will be governed by the company transfer policy and rules.
Please note there will not be any change in your compensation structure and all other terms and conditions of employment will remain unchanged as per your original Letter of Appointment.
You are requested to report to the undersigned at Plot No.17, Sector 16-A, Film City, Noida – 201301, within 10 days from receipt of this mail. Train fare (of AC 3) from Kolkata to Delhi will be reimbursed on arrival.
