जीएनएन न्‍यूज वाले पैसा नहीं, गाइडलाइन देते हैं

जीएनएन न्‍यूज अपने स्ट्रिंगरों के पैसे तो दे नहीं रहा ऊपर से रिपोर्टरों औऱ स्ट्रिंगरों के लिए नई गाइडलाइंस जारी कर दिया है. औऱ गाइडलाइन भी ऐसी कि शायद ही किसी चैनल का स्ट्रिंगर उन्हें पूरा कर पाए. चैनल तो कहीं दिखता नहीं लेकिन मालिकों को हर खबर में आईडी दिखनी चाहिए. अब ऐसे में इन लोगों को कौन बताएं कि 300 रुपए में खबरें भी करके कैसे दें औऱ फिर आईडी भी दिखाई जाए. एएनआई से जब खबरें ले लेते हैं तब आईडी की जरुरत नहीं हैं.

स्ट्रिंगरों को सात-सात, आठ-आठ महीनों से पैसों के नाम पर केवल आश्वासन ही दिया जाता है. तब नियम कानून और गाइडलाइन नहीं दिखता. इसकी जरूरत भी नहीं समझ में आती कि मेहनत करने वाले स्ट्रिंगरों को पैसा भी देना चाहिए. मैं भी जीएनएन न्‍यूज का स्ट्रिंगर हूं इसीलिए अपना दर्द लिख रहा हूं. हाल ही में रिपोर्टरों औऱ स्ट्रिंगरों के लिए जो गाइडलाइन्स आई है
उसकी कॉपी भेज रहा हूं- 

IMPORTANT ISSUES TO BE TAKEN CARE BY EVERY REPORTER / STRINGER.

1.  Do not shake camera at the time of shooting and be sure against light.

2.  Use ID of channel in every news and without ID any news will not be considered.

3. Send proper version of controversial news and in case of the important crime news minimum at least DSP/Inspector level bite should be compulsory.

4. In press conference, our channel ID must be Visible.

5. Every stringer shall abide by the input desk for approval of the stories and also write the proper information in script.

6. Please collect the prior written approval of special story from input desk; please do not waste your money & precious time.

7. For Political news, discuss with input desk prior the shoot.

8. In any press conference or in an event /spot, questioning level to be maintained as our’s channel is a national Hindi news channel and we have to maintain quality and repute.

9. Please send your news in time and in proper FTP resolution with sufficient speed.

10. Please send your piece to camera (PTC) in your proper dress and back ground of your city sign… /or…spot/event also shown in the back ground.

11. All stringers are requested to maintain your phono recording/live recording at good quality and practice it regularly.

12. Rate of story w.e.f. 01/04/2012 are under below:

Special story with GNNID………Rs. 500/-per story

Event/ spot with GNNID………..Rs..300/-per story

Phono/khabar express……………….Rs..100/- per story
