Prepaid ( Vodafone ) to Postpaid. (9711043442). MY RECEIPT NO:-83709 dt 06.02.12. I applied for Prepaid (Vodafone) to Postpaid. I would like to lodge a compliant against Vodafone Dealer Sales Excutive Mr.Rohit (8860113413), Mr.Sushil (9873454243) & others c/o M/s.Datasys E Services Private Limited, 8 Rani Jhansi Road, 3rd Floor near Jhandewalan Extn, New Delhi.
The Complaint, I Like to forward to your good self is that Mr. Rohit, Mr.Sushil & Team approached me to Change my number from Prepaid (Vodafone)to Postpaid. They offered me a plan of Rs. 300/- Pocket per minute plan with a special offer of the free unlimited calling to one Local Vodafone number. And assured me that i can change that number also three times in a month. After which I was convinced to migrate my number. They gave me full assurance that it would take only 24hours for the activation, i agreed upon the deals. They had all my details but to my surprise, nothing had happened on being cheated, I asked the refund but they are not ready to do the same also, they are still making fool. Now they would not even pick my call. I have connected the above services again & again on Dial basis but there is no proper reply by the office & girls are sitting on customer care counter even not bothers to talk they are keeping the call on table & chatting each others.
